For microfluidic applications we manufacture a range of devices like meshes, nozzles, jets, channels, barriers, and complete functional chips:
- Using MEMS & Thin Film technologies like lithography, nano-imprint, dry and wet-etching and deposition
- Using a variety of laser systems
- Realized in silicon, glass, polymers or metal
