Customer Event 2011 - Developing our customer relationships

These were just some of the reactions from the visitors to the Philips Innovation Services Customer Event 2011.
Interactive 8-minute “speed-dating” sessions presented our main services across the whole innovation process:

- Prototype Realization & Small Series Production
- Quality & Reliability
- Sustainability and Environment, Safety and Health (ESH)
- Industry Consulting
But that was not all. Re-charged by the coffee break, guided tours set off in all directions on the Campus, to “kick the tyres” and see some of our extensive facilities accessible to customers.
No surprise then that busy networking discussions ensued, zooming in on the new service combinations brought by Philips Innovation Services, and how our customers can engage this enabling power to accelerate their innovation.
